WJF Executive Body Resolution #4: Universal Journalist Protection & Digital Credential Security

GENEVA / ISLAMABAD — The Federal Executive Council of the World Journalists Federation (WJF) has unanimously adopted Resolution #4 detailing emergency legal safety protocols and automated press accreditation standards.
In accordance with international press freedom conventions, WJF calls upon all government authorities and media houses to guarantee the safety of field correspondents, respect confidential source protections, and uphold wage board compliance.
Official Executive Declaration:
“No journalist should face legal harassment or physical intimidation for exercising the fundamental right to inform the public.”
